If you are having issues where not all RealSimGear devices are being reliably detected by the RealSimGear plugin, please follow the following troubleshooting steps.

Check Windows USB Power Settings

Please check to see that Windows USB power management is disabled, full instructions here.

Using a USB hub?

Please try connecting RealSimGear hardware directly to a USB port on your PC, this can also help to rule out power issues.

Using AirManager?

If you are using AirManager, please check to ensure you have turned off the setting that tries to connect to any Arduino based device. More details here.

Using SimVim?

Please try to disable the SimVim plugin as there have been issues reported with conflicts in certain circumstances. Please contact us if this in causing the problem and we will assist with workaround instructions.

Still not working?

If you are still having problems with a reliable connection, please locate your X-Plane log.txt file and send a copy of that to us via email so we can help troubleshoot further.
