When you receive the Cirrus Console Upgrade there are some connections that need to be made in order to connect your existing RealSimGear components.

Remove the x14 small black screws that secure the cover.

Fit the GCU Stack

Connect the x3 USB cables coming from the front of the console to the GCU stack components. See this article for more details on how to fit the individual components to the GCU bracket.

The GCU stack will attach to the console using these two holes. Using x2 M4 screws provided, secure the GCU stack to the console.

Verify that the switch panel is connected and that the x2 white ribbon cables and x1 USB cable are connected properly.

Replace the cover making sure the x2 cable bundles are available through the opening in the cover, secure in place with the x14 small black screws.

Using the x8 M4 screws provided (note these may already be installed in the top cover) secure the x2 G1000 PFD/MFD brackets in place.

Connect the cables to the back of the PFD/MFD and secure the PFD/MFD into the bracket.

The assembly is now complete. The console can now be connected to your PC via the provided USB3 cable. Connect the provided power pack to the power socket.
