In a recent update of the AirManager software a setting is automatcially now turned on to connect arduino devices automatically. This has caused a conflict with our plugin and thus will not detect your realsimgear device. Follow steps below on how to correct this issue.

Step 1: Open AirManager

Step 2: Navigate to settings menu at the top of the program.

Step 3: Uncheck "Connect automatically to Arduino devices"

Step 4: Restart Air Manager by closing and reopening the program. You should now be able to use AirManager and your RealSimGear device together with no issue.
